1. General provisions
1.1. These Terms of Use (the Terms) govern the relationship between the individual [ФИО оператора] (the Administration) and an Internet user (the User) visiting the Quant Solutions website (the Site).
1.2. The Site is an informational resource about Quant Solutions services in business process automation and software development for small business.
1.3. Using the Site means the User accepts these Terms. If the User disagrees, the User must leave the Site.
2. Nature of information on the Site
2.1. Materials published on the Site are informational and do not constitute a public offer under Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
2.2. Project scope, timelines, and commercial terms are discussed individually after a request is submitted or another contact channel is used.
3. Requests and communication
3.1. The User may contact the Administration through the request form, phone number, or other contacts published on the Site.
3.2. Submitting a request does not oblige the User to enter into a contract and does not oblige the Administration to accept a project.
3.3. The Administration uses the submitted details solely to respond to the inquiry and clarify the task.
4. Limitation of liability
4.1. The Administration makes reasonable efforts to keep Site information accurate, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Site.
4.2. The Administration is not liable for:
- Temporary failures of communication channels, mail delivery, or messengers;
- Decisions the User makes based solely on informational materials of the Site;
- Indirect losses arising from use or inability to use the Site.
4.3. The Site does not accept online payments. Any commercial arrangements are agreed separately outside the Site's payment perimeter.
5. Intellectual property
5.1. The design, texts, and other materials of the Site are the intellectual property of the Administration unless otherwise stated.
5.2. Copying Site materials without prior written consent is prohibited.
6. Final provisions
6.1. The Administration may update these Terms unilaterally. The new version takes effect upon publication on the Site.
